Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) provides committed commercial Internet bandwidth. Strato One Business Internet starts with 150 Mbps download and 150 Mbps upload. Additional committed download capacity is available.

DIA is sold with a committed bandwidth level. Broadband is generally a shared, best-effort service, often with different upload and download speeds. Strato One DIA starts with committed 150/150 Mbps symmetric bandwidth.

Internet 2.0 is Strato One’s managed SD-WAN service. It manages multiple Internet links with failover logic, traffic management, monitoring, support and site-to-site capability where applicable. It is separate from the DIA connection.

Internet 2.0 monitors the available connections and uses the secondary path when the primary connection fails. Strato One designs and manages the failover strategy around your business needs and available access.

With standard DIA alone, an outage can interrupt connectivity until service is restored. Internet 2.0 is designed to move traffic to a secondary connection so critical operations can continue. Performance may be reduced depending on the available backup path.

Yes. We use managed SD-WAN and our network infrastructure to connect offices, yards, clinics, schools and other business sites. We currently support customers with up to approximately 10 connected locations.

Yes. One static IP is required with DIA service at $20/month per IP, in addition to the advertised Internet service price.

Upload bandwidth supports cloud backups, VoIP, video conferencing, security cameras, VPNs, remote access, cloud applications, multi-site traffic and file sharing. Our base DIA service provides the same committed 150 Mbps in both directions.

We serve East El Paso, West El Paso and Downtown El Paso, as well as Santa Teresa, New Mexico. Service at a particular address is subject to site qualification and network availability.

Yes. Strato One provides business connectivity in Santa Teresa, New Mexico, subject to site qualification. Monthly service pricing is consistent across our service area; installation or build costs vary by location.

Many installations are completed in approximately 1 to 2 weeks. Timing depends on site qualification, construction requirements, equipment and network availability.

Most one-time installation and activation fees range from $295 to $995. Location, equipment, network path, site complexity and construction requirements affect the cost. Some locations require more. Your quote will identify the applicable cost.

Yes. You can upgrade during the 36-month term. Add 150 Mbps of committed download capacity for $100/month, resulting in 300/150 Mbps at $475/month, or add 350 Mbps for $200/month, resulting in 500/150 Mbps at $575/month. Static IP fees are additional. Downgrades are not allowed during the term.

No. A secondary Internet connection is required for failover. Strato One can help select and arrange a suitable connection, such as broadband coax, AT&T ABF, lower-speed fiber or another suitable path. The secondary circuit may be contracted and billed separately by its carrier. We integrate it into the Internet 2.0 design.

Standard DIA is the committed commercial Internet connection. Internet 2.0 is an additional managed SD-WAN service that brings a secondary path, failover, traffic management and resilience into the network design. Both Internet access and the secondary circuit are separate from the SD-WAN service price.

Yes. We engineer point-to-point, point-to-multipoint and fixed wireless links per location when wireless is an appropriate access method.

Typical designs may reach approximately 10 miles. Longer links may be possible with appropriate equipment and conditions. Each link requires site-specific engineering; distance is not guaranteed.

The initial term is 36 months, followed by annual automatic renewal. Renewal pricing may increase 5% to 10% depending on market and economic conditions. Upgrades are allowed during the initial term; downgrades are not.
